Level 15 can be started. You can get all of the following items at the start: Noble White Sunbird Mount Bottles of Mid First-Aid Potion x25 Bottles of Medium Magic Potion x25 Level 5 Beginner Sprite Card
When you get to Level 14, you will automatically accept the Class Master quest. You can search for Class Masters in the major cities to complete the quest!
