Right-click the stone to enter a state of meditation. To cancel, move the character.
The stone's durability will decrease over time as it is used. It will disappear if completely depleted. If you have another stone of the same type, it will start to be consumed when the previous one is depleted.
Only one Meditation Gem can be used at a time.
